By accessing Pulso, operated by Zintana Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Hotel and hostel operators may create an operator account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for all activity under your account.
Operators may be subject to sign-up fees, subscription fees, and commissions on activities booked through the Platform. Fees are set out in the applicable order form.
Operators warrant they have lawful basis to share guest data with Pulso for the purpose of delivering the concierge experience.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including sending spam, unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt the service.
The Platform is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulso is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days' notice. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's registered office of Zintana Labs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
